Easy Returns

Our commitment is to deliver the product you ordered. We have a very simple return policy.

We will promptly replace or refund your purchase if there is a manufacturer defect. A manufacturer defect includes things such as rips, tears, holes and faded printing. Please include a photograph of the issue and email to:


Please contact us for returns for any other reason: you changed your mind, the item is not what you expected, etc. and we will work with you to resolve it. 

Personalized items: These are items with your choice of name(s) and/or images. Please note we are unable to accept returns for personalized items that do not have a manufacturer defect, as they cannot be re-stocked. For this reason, it is important to check your order carefully before you submit it.

Please call or email with any questions you may have before placing an order . We begin processing your order soon after it is placed. Please understand when your order is submitted we will be unable to cancel or change it. Make sure to check spelling, dates, names, titles, etc. carefully, they will be printed exactly as you submit them.

Completion of your order confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order before it was submitted.


We work with suppliers worldwide. We only work with highly trusted manufacturers that are fast and provide superior quality workmanship, and sometimes there are issues regarding shipping that are 100% out of our control. Some of these issues include shipping delays from China and/or from the United States Postal Service (USPS). In some cases, it may take up to 30-45 days to receive your item.

If your item has not been delivered within 45 days of your original purchase date and our USPS investigation shows no movement in their system, we will refund your payment.

If your item has not been delivered within 45 days of your original purchase date and our USPS investigation shows your package coming in a reasonable amount of time we will not be able to issue a refund.
